Bio Gas Plants

It is an anearobic process in which the organic waste mixed with water and goes in to the bottom of the biogas digestor. Biogas digestor having sufficient hydraulic retention time where the organic matter decomposes and generates biogas. Biogas is stored in biogas holder having 55% storage capacity of the total gas generation capacity. Biogas holder is floating type which moves up and down with the production and usage of biogas. Biogas can directly be used for cooking and also can be converted in to electricity after purification of biogas. The digestate is purely liquid organic fertilizer which can be used directly for agriculture and plantation. Liquid fertilizer can be converted suitably in solid organic fertilizer having high N, P, K values along with other nutrients.
